About Anett

You teach what you needed to learn, they say - so it might come as no surprise that growing up I felt completely powerless. I didn’t think I had anything to say in my family. I couldn't stop my classmates from bullying me. I didn’t even know who I truly was.

As a super sensitive and intuitive empath my survival strategy was to become who and what others wanted me to be. The good girl. The people pleaser. The high achiever. On the outside my life looked amazing: I’d become a successful TV journalist, reporter and presenter with a good reputation, a great income and an unlimited contract at my job. It looked as if I had made it. Yet, something felt off. I wasn’t truly happy.

There was a quiet but constant voice inside of me telling me that this isn’t it. That there’s more to life. That working in news my job is basically frightening and disempowering people - and that that’s not aligned with my values. So I started to listen. And quit. I moved to the US right after on a gut knowing and went on a rollercoaster ride that would strip me of all that I believed I was and eventually only left me with, well, me: a sovereign, powerful, sometimes messy and flawed but still potent creator of reality. (*Spoiler alert: And so are you!)

I’m still discovering the All-ness that I am, and I’m always evolving. But I can tell you this much:

✔️I’m an empath. An intuitive. Psychic. 
✔️A lover of all things powerful and mystical.
✔️I’m into yoga, reiki, metaphysics, acting, tantra. I channel Unity Consciousness. 
✔️I’m completely woo woo AND entirely down to earth.
✔️I’m passionate about helping people reconnect with and remember their own innate light and power and shine it forth into the world - Unapologetically. Fiercely. Authentically. - because I know what a game changer it is to be a 100% YOU.

Oh, and I have credentials, (of course) :

✔️I’ve been working in TV for 20 years.
✔️I was behind the camera, in front of it, at one point I was leading an entire team (this is where my passion for authentic communication and my disgust for micro-managing come from). 
✔️I studied sociology and education in university and gathered extensive knowledge about psychology and human behavior through my coaching certifications (you could say that I’m a nerd when it comes to exploring the human condition). 

✔️I’m a certified personal empowerment coach with a focus on women’s empowerment (duh!). 

✔️I also trained in transformational and executive coaching. 

✔️Oh, and I’m a reiki master. Yup, certified.
